COVID-19 - what we are doing to stay safe
We believe that every company has a duty of care for their customers. This is why we will be taking every precaution that we can, to keep everyone that we work with, as well as ourselves, as safe from the virus as we possibly can.
Where possible, we will be quoting for work over the phone, to minimise human contact as much as possible. This means that when you get in contact with us, we will either give you an estimation over the phone when you call, or we will schedule a call back for when an electrician is available to talk to you.
Signs of Illness:
If either of us shows any signs or symptoms of illness, we will call you straight away to reschedule for at least 14 days from when the symptoms began. If we continue to feel unwell, we will contact you again to push the date back further, to ensure that you are not at risk.
If you are having any symptoms or are feeling unwell and have electrical work booked with us, we ask for you to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel the work. We will be more than happy to rebook you, and we will not add any cancellation fees onto your bill.
When we visit you, our electrician will wash their hands before starting work, and after every job, to keep as hygienic as possible. They will also have hand sanitizer with them which they will use whenever they feel necessary.
Thank you for reading, if you have any more questions or would like some advice, please let us know.
